Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

  • We grant you period of 3 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive for issuing a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size.
  • Customized product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The products should have original tags in their place.
  • The items without tags should not be accepted.
  • Sale items willnot be refunded.
  • We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • In case of any return/exchange the charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.
  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the productsare defective or damaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
