Eligibility
The product is eligible for exchange under the following conditions:-
- If the product arrives damaged during transit.
- If the product received is different from the one ordered, verified through the confirmation mail received by the customer.
If eligible, we will process Return or Refund or Exchange –
We pack our products with care so that it reaches our customers safely. In an unlikely event, if the product arrives damaged or different from the one ordered, we will replace it with the same product.
The problem with the product has to be reported within 24 Hours of receiving the product to be eligible for replacement. You have to mail us at abeoindia@gmail.com with the following details:-
- Order number as received on email.
- A short video of Product unboxing while still with Original Packaging.
- Three or more pictures of the product received from different angles.
- A brief description of your problem with the product and how the product arrived/packaging of the product.
Our team will analyse the problem and get in contact with you within 48 hours. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the parcel back to us. As soon as we receive the product at our warehouse and inspect it, we will be happy to ship a replacement to you within 3-4 days.
PLEASE NOTE – For Apparels, the product should have original tags in it.
You are required to return the items in an unused manner, in its original packaging and box.
We do not provide a refund for the product, if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product. The product can only be replaced with the same product.
Cancellation
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
